bulletSealed cartridges should be stored between 53ºF and 80ºF and 50% relative humidity, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
bulletCartridges should always be stored UPRIGHT, so that ink is properly loaded when ready to use. When you receive your shipment from us, unpack and store your cartridges immediately.
bulletOnce opened, inkjet cartridges should be installed and used immediately.
bulletIf you plan to refill your inkjet cartridges, we recommend that you have the tools and inks on hand BEFORE your cartridges run empty. A cartridge which has sat unused and empty longer than 24 hours is less suitable for refilling.
