We do not include customs fees as a part of our shipments. International customers (including Canada and certain US territories) will have to pay additional fees or duties, required by their country, in order to receive their package.

Any shipment returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, will not be re-shipped. A minimum shipping charge of $9.99 (or your actual shipping charge, whichever is greater) plus a 25% restocking charge, will be deducted from your credit card charge and the balance of the charge will be refunded to your credit card.

If any product is received in error, due to a mistake on our part, we will cover all shipping costs to correct such errors.
