Placing Orders
We accept orders through our website or by phone.
Orders placed by website are handled through WeInk,
LLC shopping cart, located at this website with payments handled by
PayPal.
US Orders placed by phone are submitted to our
website shopping cart by a customer service representative. Payment is
processed through PayPal.
International orders placed by phone will be issued
a PAYPAL invoice via e-mail which must be paid on-line. Sorry we can
not accept credit cards through the phone for NON-US orders.
All orders under $200 in value may be subject to
extended fulfillment time (up to 15 business days) before orders will
ship.
We accept major credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus) only. No personal
checks or cash payments will be accepted. All payments are handled
through PayPal. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to pay for
your order.
All orders must include a valid billing and shipping
address as well as a valid e-mail address and contact phone number. If
PayPal will not accept your payment, we can not accept your order.
Acceptance of Terms
You are considered to be in acceptance of all terms
posted on this web page when you submit any order with us. Terms on
this webpage are the "official terms of sale" for UINK.com.

Returns, Refunds or Warranties
Unopened products may be returned within 14
days for in house credit, less shipping costs and a 25% restocking
charge. No
returns will be accepted after 14 days. You must obtain an RMA from us before making
any return.
Opened products may be returned, within 30
days, for exchange only of like products and only in cases in which
product is defective in manufacture. You must obtain an RMA from us
before making any return.
You must return product with all
packaging materials included or your return will be declined. Any product
returned under this policy is subject to approval by the manufacturer
(this specifically includes any Canon printheads and all compatible or
remanufactured cartridges),
as to defect status of product, before we will make any exchange at
our cost. If you need a replacement now you will have to purchase new
product, the amount of the new purchase (up to the value of the return
less shipping and restocking charge) will be refunded once your claim is approved.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return
such products, we will pay for shipping replacement items.
No refunds will be given for shipping, once an order
has shipped.

Phone technical support, except for assistance with
fulfilling orders, is provided at a charge of $25 per call, which must be paid by credit card before any support
will be provided.
Limit of Liability
We accept no liability for use, misuse or inability
to use any product sold at this website. Our liability is limited to
the value of the order or purchase, except where the laws of the state
of Virginia prohibit such limitations.
Privacy Policy
Information provided in making any purchase at this
website may be used for the purpose of marketing this website's
products at a later date. We will not provide your personal
information to third parties unless such parties are necessary to
complete the current order transaction.
